Newly renovated one bedroom one bathroom ocean view condo in the Myrtle Beach Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. The bedroom has a queen bed with two twin bunkbeds right outside. The living room has a brand new queen sleeper sofa, as well as a brand new love seat. Condo has cable television, a DVD player, and full kitchen with dishwasher. It is fully-equipped with dishes, pots and pans, blankets and pillows.
You will need to bring linens (service available for $12 each bed), paper products, soap and trash bags. Cleaning supplies are not furnished. Crib and roll away bed rentals are available upon request. Departure maid service is mandatory for $45.00.

Rental Policies
|
Deposit:
Rental deposit is half the total rent. If the deposit is not received within 10 days, the reservation is canceled. The balance of your bill is to be paid prior to arrival. During the summer, total rent is due immediately because of high demand.
During certain times of the year, such as Spring Break and early June, there is a $175 security deposit. $100 will be refunded approximately 10 days after departure provided there is no damage. The other $75 is held for maid and administration fees.

Taxes:
South Carolina Sales and accommodations tax of 13% applies and will be added to your rental rate. There is a $25 reservation fee on all reservations.

Check In / Out:
Check-in time is 3:00 P.M. on day of arrival, check-out time is 10:00 AM on day of departure.
|
|
|
Required Stay:
3 night minimum on Holidays.
|
|
Cancelation Policy:
Cancellation Policy: Refunds are made minus 25% of the total rental if cancelled within 30 days or more. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival will not be entitled to refund unless condo is re-rented for the exact period. In this case, your deposit will be refunded, minus 25% of the total rental. There is no refund for early departures.
